Job Scope

The incumbent is responsible to plan design activitie for the assigne project, negotiate with stakeholder, agree with the stakeholders for the asset delivery schedul and steer the project to the right direction from UX perspectives while meet ing requirements. The incumbent is also responsible to manage all the UX activitie for the assigned projects while meet ing the tight deadline and expectations from stakeholders and update with the progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Create UI solutions for assigned projects, aligning with regional design standards
• Responsible for the quality of assigned projects’ UX solutions
• Constantly provide suggestions in improving Regional Digital Design System (component library with guidelines), & assist maintaining its component quality at the best-in-class
• Actively participate in brainstorming with stakeholders for potential product/feature ideas, and co-create desirable customer journeys
• Stay updated about the latest developments within UX methodologies, best practices, UX and technology trends

Educational Requirements

• Graduation/ Post Graduation in any discipline from a reputed university
• Relevant advanced professional degree is preferred
